The minister said the land has been dimacated to build government offices and the sum of 250 Million CFA francs has already been set aside for the project.

Three days after the houses were destroyed; victims attempted recuperate some of the remains of their items that were buried in the fallen walls.
With the aid of their children parents searched through the rubbles for useable items. Even broken and irons rods from pillars were deemed useful.
The demolition exercise decried by the victims has created temporal employment to some young boys around the neighbourhood.
John Mokom was a tenant in one of the houses brought down, he says the time given by the Government Delegate for them to quite the area was too brief and was not enough for him to get another house given the financial cost involved in moving homes. He added that even up till date he has not been able to get a new house.
John Mokom said his home was broken down while he was at work; in the evening when he returned, he discovered that there was no building in the area.
Worse still, all his belongings had been stolen and all what he has left is the dress he had on him.
Another mother of three kids said since the incident occurred she has not been able to relocate. She said she spent the first night in the open field with her three kids and some of her former neighbours and latter moved to an old car provided to them by a night watch man.

1. Throw out nonessential numbers.
This includes age, weight and height.
Let the doctors worry about them.
That is why you pay them.
2. Keep only cheerful friends.
The grouches pull you down.
(keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches;)
3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening,
whatever. Never let the brain get idle.
"An idle mind is the devil's workshop."
And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud.
Laugh until you gasp for breath.
And if you have a friend who makes you laugh,
spend lots and Lots of time
with HIM/HER.
6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on.
The only person who is with us our entire life,
is ourself. LIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love:
Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes,
music, plants, hobbies, whatever.
Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
If it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county,
to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.
And if you don't send this to at least four people
- who cares?
But do share this with someone.
Thank
you for sending me little things
To make me think, laugh or smile.
For when I am down, it picks me up
If only for a while.
That is why friends are so dear,
Just because they care for you.
And you know they're there with a listening ear
Or to take away the blues.
And
I give thanks for all the friends
The good Lord sends my way
For He knows we all need some cheer
Each and every day.
So
to all my wonderful friends,
I send my love to you
Because I know that you're my friend
Forever, through and true.
So
take these sunflowers, my special friend,
And hold them close to your heart
And always remember me, your friend,
And we'll never be apart.
hope u enjoy this song
Remember: Smile and all will be well

A few weeks ago a school teacher was killed in an auto accident. She was very well liked, so the school systems shut down for her funeral and it was on the news, etc. On the day her co-workers returned to work, they found this poem in their e-mail that the deceased woman had sent on the Friday before she left for home.
If tomorrow starts without me and I'm not there to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears
for me;
I wish so much you wouldn't cry the way you did today, while thinking
of the many things, we didn't get to say.
I know how much you love me, as much as I love you!
And each time that you think of me, I know you'll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand that an angel came and called my name and took me by the hand; she said my place was ready, in heaven far above and that I'd have to leave behind all those I dearly love.
But as I turned to walk away, a tear fell from my eye for all my
life,
I'd always thought I didn't want to die; I had so much to live for,
so much left yet to do, it seemed almost impossible that I was leaving
you.
I thought of all the yesterdays, the good ones and the bad; I thought of all the love we shared and all the fun we had.
If I could relive yesterday, just even for a while; I'd say good-bye and kiss you and maybe see you smile.
But then I fully realized that this could never be, for emptiness and memories would take the place of me; when I thought of worldly things I might miss come tomorrow, I thought of you and when I did my heart was filled with sorrow.
But when I walked through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home.
When God looked down and smiled at me, from his great golden throne,
He said, "This is Eternity and all I've promised you."
Today your life on earth is past but here life starts anew. I promise no tomorrow but today will always last; and since each day's the same way there's no longing for the past.
You have been so faithful, so trusting and so true; though there were times you did some things, you knew you shouldn't do. But you have been forgiven and now at last you're free; so won't you come and take my hand and share my life with me?
So when tomorrow starts without me, don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me, I'm right here in your heart...
Send this to all those you care about... because you never know what's going to happen tomorrow. Show them how you care, before it's too late.
"Happiness is a Choice."
May God watch over you and your family now and always.
There is no right time to do the wrong thing... there is no wrong
time to do the right thing.
Each of you has touched my life in a very special way. I thank God for each one of you and count it a privilege to call you a "Friend!"
God Be With You
PLEASE READ THIS AND SEND TO EVERYONE YOU VALUE AS
A FRIEND INCLUDING THE PERSON WHO SENT IT TO YOU, TO REMIND THEM
THAT YOU CARE!!!
Life is full of countless challenges.
Each new sunrise,
Arises another trouble.
When everything seem to turn sour,
The first thing to do is,
To put on a smile.
Experts say,
A smile adds six munites to your life.
Wether this statement is true or not,
Note that a smile has a medicinal value.
So smile for me!
